Thank you very much for your support, comments, :+devwatch: and all the :+fav:s.

More than 10 000 pageviews, I'm happy that my last picture was very appreciated.

It's always a strange felling that a fast done picture is far more successfull than an other done with pain and sweat :D

Future pictures will show more fantasy, amazons or fighters, and of course some beasts and monsters, inspired from real fantasy's masters like Brom, Vallejo or Frazetta and more :)

Next releases :

. Commission 03 : in progress
. Spanking Mistress : done
. Sacrifice II : done

. I saw on the Adobe's website that the next Photoshop CS (4?) will be 64bits compliant.

What a good new, because working with 500Mo+ files is a pain with CS 32bits, thanks to the swap disk file...

Next releases of Mudbox and Zbrush would be 64bits too, Amen

------------

. Quite busy right now, two commissions and a personnal work plannified.
I like working in several pictures at the same time, you can prevent weariness...

New News...

. v6 of dA is just great, some disturbing stuffs at first time but now all run perfect and already forget v5...

------------

.   I use my new PC with Vista Pro x64 for more than one month now and run perfect too. I appreciate that 32bits softwares are more memory efficients than running on XP 32bits.

It is very noticeable with Maya 8.5 32bits edition, which was too often 'out of free memory' when rendering picture with larges textures, even on a 2Go system...

------------

. I'm currently working on my first commission, 'hope to finish it this week.
I tried some new stuff like MentalRay's Final Gathering (FG), a fast lighting feature to produce more realistic lighting without too much rendering time consuming...

------------

.   And last words, I'm playing a little with CSS to improve my journal's look :D

Wow !

Received my new PC last monday, a Dell Precision Workstation (quadcore 2.5Ghz, 8Go, Vista64), one day to clean-up and setup
properly Vista64 (no Areo, no UAC, no fa- shioned OS, thanks I'm not a kid ), installing all the tools and softs.

Testing with Zbrush 3.1 (more than 14 millions poly with no soucy), Mudbox runs smooth too even both are not yet 64bits compiled...

Maya 2008 64bits works perfectly and rendering takes so little time now and the most important, I can continue to work normally when I launch a render, thanks the 8Go of Ram and four cores :typerhappy:

I appreciate the system backup too, with that you can restore from scratch all the system (OS and softs with all the setups) in a few minutes

And last word, the PC is so quiet, I must see the green light to know it's running :)
